Payment terms
Payment is due 21 days from the invoice date or prior to conference whichever comes first. 

Early bird closes 1 March.  Early bird registrations must be paid by 22 March to get the discount.

 

** Satchels / conference bags will not be provided.  Please bring your own if you like to have a bag on site.

 

Accommodation

 

All prices are per room, per night and include goods and services tax (GST) at 15%. Breakfast is not included in the rates.

If your council has charge back facilities set up at The Devon Hotel or Auto Lodge Motor Inn you will be able to provide a charge back number when booking accommodation during the registration process.

If your council does not have charge back set up, credit card details are required to guarantee the booking. Credit card details are encrypted in our database and stored in an electronic vault. Our payment service provider Centium Software, is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. This means, your card holder data is protected to the highest possible levels, from data entry into our online registration sites, through to payment into the banks.  Nothing will be deducted from your card prior to conference.  In case of your non arrival or cancellation within 30 days of the booking the hotel will be given access to your card details to charge the appropriate cancellation fee.

The Devon Hotel is also the conference venue, located at 390 Devon St E.

The luxurious guest rooms have been recently refurbished and feature ensuite bathroom, flat-screen televisions with satellite channels, tea/coffee making facilities and fridges. 1 x King or Queen Bed or 2 x Queen Beds.
